The financing package will be made up of multiple components with at least 50% debt from the syndicate of banks (no relation to share price), the offtake agreement (no relation to the share price), potential project level investment (no relation to the share price) and perhaps a very small remainder that needs to be filled via a placement (influenced by the share price).
