Can't be a placement, it would undermine the equity share valuation, if a top up is needed look to the two principals or the Australian Government. The DFS values the company at just a tad under 1400m US. If and I believe they will, obtain financing for 50% share at a very slight discount to DFS, (and my sums show that without Scandium, current spot prices support revenue outcomes just 5% below DFS assumptions (because of the nickel/cobalt ratios) so when you add back 80tons of Scandium its on the money. So they are not going to do a placement at 30cents.
