TEP the financing is the easy part as they now have increased the % to over 50, I think it was originally 30 - 40% so the figures all stack up. I believe RF will not go back to the banks with cap in hand for a cr. But I think the aussie banks and insto"s etc are waiting for the cr to happen - hence not much interest from the banks at the moment. Who ' s going to win that game? Maybe RF as aussie supper had to buy a large amount on market last week realising that a cr will not be happening? Dont forget assuie supper were alreasy a large owner of the stock at 6% so would have been offered more shares in a cr, but decided to buy on market???????? . Be patient for 6 months in my opinion.
