The last time cobalt was this price in April, the CLQ sp was $1.18. And now production is four months closer. As management has stated, shorts are working hard and they don't have to even work very hard at these low volumes. I think the sp has reached a ridiculous price. Thinking about adding just a few more shares. Just my thought--please go with your own hunches.
