Sorry, Sally, I think this argument, although fun and entertainment, is pure speculation. Seems just as likely CLQ links up with RF in the DRC or South Africa beyond non-mining activities. Wishful thinking? Isn't there enough more concrete "good stuff" to spend time on? By way of clarification--in your write-up above, you state, "The fact that no other analyst is calling out the vanadium potential is one reason I have to emphasize it." The clear implication is that you consider yourself to be an "analyst"? Retired analyst?
