Can never fully time the market. If i spend enough time looking at the market depth i am able to pick the best time to buy for the day 80% of the time but it never translates to the 'lowest price' over a 1 year or even a 6 month period.
I do not trust anyone who can claim otherwise on a consistent basis. Sure we have great calls some times but never 100%.
In today's market environment as long as you are doing at least a 9% return on average you are doing fine.
