Probably too soon to call it a failure IMO. I'm investing with a 5-10yr horizon and don't expect the mine to be built overnight.
From memory the company flagged a higher CAPEX when they made the decision to re-locate the on-site accomm. Also, I think the added flexibility of the mine is genius.
