As things stand the treatment of waste water in the mines is nothing but expense. But with CLQ installs, the miners will be able to extract minerals and by-product income. So the pressure of environmental regs and the need to get a wastewater solution will be solved for them by installs that actually can produce income by recovering metals out of the wastewater. Also getting enough water to begin with is already a problem for many mines, so recycling is going to fit nicely.

The big water contracts are just a mystery to me, we do not know how they will be structured although the volumes could be enormous. I suppose the contracts will be for X amount per Y volume...likely to be pennies over huge volumes.
Do not really have an idea how to convert this to net income, profit, or valuation.
