On February 13, 2020, Tesla announced it would do a secondary stock offering with the intent to raise between $2 billion and $2.31 billion at $767 a share, a roughly 5% discount to the share price before the announcement.
This CR surprised everyone, Tesla previously stated they wouldn't have the need to do a capital raise...
On the very next day, the Founder of CLQ, who rarely ever tweets, made this comment...
"No brainer" is one of Elon Musk's favourite phrases... he used it when describing the solar city acquisition by Tesla...
