It seems as though you are saying that there will be no increase in the Scandium market in the next ten years. If you agree that there may be an increase, do you think that you know how much that increase will be? Why do you contend that such increase (if any) needs to be pulled "out of thin air" - can't it be market driven? Why do you assume that the market can't be greater than CLQ's production? The fact is, you don't know, and (to me) seem to be putting the case that you do.
Do you have a hidden agenda?
If someone has a malicious hidden agenda, then it is not apparent. If it is not apparent, how can it be concluded that someone is a bear as opposed to a downramper?
