The boys at fairfax have a habit of putting articles out like these on stocks only in retrospect do we realize its a pump and dump exercise.

A data room inspection is normally a non-disclosure event.
If he knew about it and is writing across fairfax papers, I would have thought he has "insider" price sensitive information. If he traded in the share, he would be in trouble.

Given he can openly write about it, you would have thought the data room inspecting was a non eventful affair.

BND has an army of people going through it's data room right now. It's SP spike 3 times only to lose most of it within a few months due to guys like this fanning teh flames.
