People have to be selling to keep the price so low.
On current conditions, I think we would be lucky to get $10m and I like your realism. $40m to buy the company, they would be getting an absolute bargain and valuing the company at 16 cents.
I don't think there will be any T/O or selling of CLRS but I was interested in what would make investors happy.
