Finance courses taught me how to calculate company true value, instead of looking the chart. Chart is only for trader to predict market movement.
Do you honestly think that Warren Buffett will look at the chart before they put money in a company. 2% of his transaction will already break all the technical points that traders are concerning (trend line, support, resistance). How can they finish a trade if they only buy at resistant level.
Anyway, my calculation was based on 10% decrease in NAPT consecutively for 3 years to have around $4.1 fair value. For me, this assumption is conservative enough to give a buy recommendation.
