    1) autologous cells are used, but I believe there is no need for priming (low dose chemo) before injections of CLTX CART... but would need that confirmed at some stage

    2) not that I know of, but they did knock down MMP-2 (the receptor they are targeting) and that showed lower CLTX CAR T activation and lower antitumor activity. From what I’ve read other researchers are still doing trial and error experiments to knock down certain based on theory... and none have worked so far. In fact knock down of PD-1 appears to stifle T cell proliferation and this lowers their ability to fight the cancer.
