Almost feel like CHM is copping a free ride here, to simply hire City of Hope staff, other industry specialists and market a product to either big pharma or fast-way approval pre-phase 2/3.
Phase 1 trials may be traditionally safety trial, but there'll be dosing and effect size data as a result of it too - we'll get an idea if preclinical merit translates to clinical sooner than required, and it's fine tuning from there.
