Its more about the addressable markets and the multiple of that value that you think you can make at the time of entry. IMU is in human trials btw.
In sum, you need to be looking at comparisons with peers seeking to address GBM for which there are some. The enticing thing here is the view to look to branch out to solid tumours as well which is the reason I suspect is why Eliot Bourk was employed to advance whilst City of Hope kick on with existing clinical trials.
CHM floated this year, the others been around for yonks trying to advance through the traditional 3 phase programs - another requirement we can safely expect CHM not have to do.

I'm also extremely bullish on IMU but for the purpose of this thread I think CHM has the entry point-to-multiple upside than IMU in the medium term. SOI is also far less if you're into that like I am, though that's more psychological than anything.
