@manlymanly Likely as the first patient dosed using ICT and ICV methods was on 24th May, and the primary outcome of the phase 1 study is dose limiting toxicity after 28 days. So that first patient would have already hit that mark in mid-June.
Key secondary endpoints will be progression free survival (PFS) at 6 months, and overall survival (OS) at 9 months but these may not be meaningful for the first or second cohort (and most of the second cohort wouldn't have met the timeframes). But what would be interesting are secondary endpoints focusing on ow the immune system responds (2.T cells levels and 3. Cytokine levels) and how the tumor responds (5.disease response)

I suspect that CHM know when the final patient in the second cohort will be dosed.. I'd say probably this month. As such, they've probably made the decision to give us a meaningful update of all patients in the two first cohorts in Q4. If they dose that last patient end of September, then they will have the results at end of Oct and give them a few weeks to analyse and then they'll probably release the data mid to late November. IMO only of course.. I could (and likely) will be off the mark.
