CLTX-CAR T is a game changer, page-7

I managed to pull up the license agreement and (from a quick read through) it appears City of Hope will continue to develop the CLTX CAR-T cell technology and CHM will assist with the R&D costs and will pay for the costs of any new patents, but City of Hope will maintain all intellectual property rights, including any and all new patents issued, although they will license these back to CHM. So in effect, whilst the license if for use of the patent US2016/056901 only, if we assume City of Hope act in good faith then it can also be said it is for the entire CLTX CAR-T cell platform, subject to Diligence Milestones, which I could not find in the prospectus.
