if you call 11,000 feet actaul a spud then so be it..
my data showed the spud was a month early, and they had already posted a secondary casing report, it was past spud. wouldnt it have been better to say the well was at 11,000 feet ready to turn horizontal... hadly a spud... drawing a long bow to say that..!!
