When I first say the AZZ ann, I thought it was a negative and here we go again with the SP. But then I remembered about the over pressure problems, so I guess perf'ing wasn't gonna work anyway. I guess by the ann they have the pipe connected up (no mention of it specifically) and are finally testing it, which should underpin the SP for the time being.
This whole thing reminds of trying to read "war and peace" - long, boring and drawn out...
