I agree Jefferies, what is their interest? They seem from their website to be serious players, not idiots.
Can't be an ASX shell they are after (though Cluff would qualify IMO!!), they are paying too much.
All I can think of is they are after some kind of industrial diamond play - Copeton has never (in recent times) yielded the big gem diamonds, but they do produce a very hard industrial diamond. (that is when they are not underwater..this latest attempt to access tenements may actually determine if they are on a complete wild goose chase or not).
Surely they are overdue for a speeding ticket as well?? The latest ann. hardly inspires this kind of buying.
