My two cents , as a holder of CLW......
Interest rates will go higher imo and inflation may take another 12months to get under control.....People think rates are high , but they re only around the long term average....and could easily go higher than they currently are .....I doubt they be going down significantly for quite a while......
What this does for REITs.......I favour industrial and Healthcare exposures......Good trading opportunities lately on REITs if you can pick rate movements correctly......
Im punting on a rate rise Tuesday....have recently lightened exposure in preparation for buying opportunities......if im wrong and rates stay put .....just hold cash for another month and see what rates do ?
Toss of a coin re rate decision Tuesday.
