CLW is less than .2% of my portfolio. REITs are less than 3% in total. Many are still overpriced and I have only been able to nibble into 12 of the 24 I want to buy into. Looks like the worst is yet to come in the next 12 months as interest rates bite. Hard to pick bottoms so I am adopting a dollar cost averaging approach across time and down in price.
