And also don't look at their NTA. Its not real, not real in this environment. Market totally disbelieves the NTA.
Look at the cap rates (again in the presentation), far far too low for the current environment.
I have my first position, and will probably wait until around $3 to take the next position. That's still another 10% drop from current prices.
