Thanks for your feedback Noomxx. My back of hand maths indicate a cap rate of around 7.3% at current stock price. Given the high occupancy and long leases (with annual rent increases) - Wouldn't this be considered a fairish cap rate? I suppose cap rate should be some sort of premium above bond rate.
