Interesting article in the AFR the other day about another Charter Hall fund selling an office building (yes office) in Melbourne to Harry Stamoulis ‘understood to be within a single digit discount (book value)’
Hopefully CLW book value might not be too outrageous .. Either way this little baby is going to be chilling in my bottom drawer.
