When the boxing day sales are on people push each other out of the way to grab a bargain. This is a sale, can it go lower, yes it can but IMO if you are averaging down in a decent REIT especially at these prices you should do okay. However if you bought up near the 52 week highs maybe peeps will be nervous. IMO the SP will go up and down but the divvys will keep rolling in. The sharemarket can be a roller coster ride and that's happening now. My opinions only and not financial advice.
