Well I think there is a high possibility you will still get an opportunity at close to $3. Fear will creep back in after a while that fed hasn't finished tightening and even if they don't increase rates, the fear will cause the price to go (up and) down. Also we will probably get a negative report in Feb or Aug next year due to decrease in valuations which I think will cause a decrease in price even if rates end up going down from here late next year.
The way Im thinking is if it does get down to $3 again then thats an opportunity but hey if it doesn't then there are heaps of other deals out there at the moment.
