Interesting, share price is having a slight pullback.
Reality is that their properties are in a sweet point in the current environment with long Wales and sustainable rents.
maybe they took on too much funds through the retail spp, maybe because they are still doing dividend reinvestment plans, maybe because the share price is trading above nta, when most REITS are trading below nta in the current market.
having said all this if share price continues to drop I will be topping up, even though I got my allocation in the spp.
