Another bl**dy capital raise.
This latest capital raise doesn't represent a very good opportunity for long term shareholders. Capital raise being done at NTA of $4.65 and to acquire properties with just a 5.2% acquisition yield.
Looks to me like Charter Hall wants to go on an empire building mode: Very good for Charter Hall: more management fees, but I think not so good for CLW long term unit holders.
I will NOT be subscribing to the capital raise. Better to keep some dry powder for alternative future opportunities as they arise.
