Yes I would agree with you that a quick sale dependent on the successful outcome of the phase three trials and probably paid for by the intending buyer is very possible especially if we get more than one buyer - this though will depend on one thing - does the company actually have a handle on what this project is realistically worth - I suspect the consulting firm will help them in that regards but it is possible that MS and his board although up to date with the market are not ready to accept any offer until they can be confident it is in the ball park

I can't substantiate any of this as it is definitely only my ramblings but I can say despite my not inconsiderable efforts I have never been able to get anyone from inside the company to even give me a price range
