hmmmm i looked into this and it looks like Mine Builder lodged objections to some of Fortuna's tenements which would have come up on the Wardens Court lists. However, those tenements have since been granted - this suggests that mine builder's allegations were disproved. I agree colourful characters for sure but let CLZ get on with their thang....
