Yes, millions initially and then overall BILLIONS more shares could be issued.
It would savagely drop the SP and if LGA hangs on to shares they could potentially be the new owner of CLZ.
CLZ has continued to seek ever worse financing options due to spiralling debt and funding required to get to producing.
LGA Capital is a desperate measure and maybe CLZ's LAST CHOICE and eventual DEMISE!
