    So you can very easily infer from the great detective work here, CLZ intend to mine the gold, process it. But rather than selling it at spot rates to the Perth Mint, they will instead sell it at x % discount to Archaen (related party).

    How has ASX/ASIC not reprimanded these guys yet?
