My last post was moderated. It was ON TOPIC, honest and restrained in the way I worded the message. I may have crossed the line with some punning at the Doutch families expense though. At least now I know how it works (no personal attacks...sorry about that). I would not be surprised if they have their lawyers on the case submitting 10 page legal arguments to HC. If it comes down to it I will, anticipate their objections and insert a counter arguement in small print below.

Ethically speaking they have an obligation to disclose exactly what the relationship is, but legally? So far, you have reported them to ASX and they haven't acted so probably the ASX have decided the "non disclosure" doesn't breach ASX rules.

I dont know If you live in Perth but if you turned up to the meeting (July 7th I think) and ask the question. What is the relationship? They will say exactly what's on the public record...completely different companies, linked by one common director, John Lester.

It would be great if you could get a reporter from The West Australian Newspaper interested. Possibly the same reporter who wrote that original piece on Justin Doutch.Archean's Jacob Douch is possibly the son of the original Classic director Justin Doutch. So the story should be of interest to people who read the business pages. To use their words to the effect... a colourful group of prospecting and mining identities.

It's obvious someone is being deceptive (insert evidence here), but who? At least one of the companies would have to be deceiving, lol, spin the coin, heads or tails, you cant lose. The person with the most interesting answer would have to be the (psychologist, director) John Lester. His head is on both sides of the coin.

Lawyers note: I dont say John Lester is deceiving anyone. he may have absolutely nothing to do with presentations by either company but he should be available to answer in any case because in effect as shareholders we OWN the gold at Kat Gap and we pay his wages..
