Tipster, it is the persistent tactic of organizing a system where the latest offering is at half the price that the last offering was for. So the new subscribers just got to sell on the market. Obviously, they got to be very quick- I predict a rapid decline in the share price, as the new subscribers scramble to exit with a profit. Imagine if they are all cued up to sell & there are no takers. But the company won't be worried about their plight, as the company already got their money. All they got to do is prepare for the next raise.
