    IMO:

    At .001 it will be worth 150 times less than per-consolidation and:

    - Redeemed Conversion Notes = 4 BILLION SHARES!
    - Market Capital = approx $217.5k
    - Estimated Debt = $5-10M+ plus another $4M (if un-redeemed Conversion Notes)

    Maybe another consolidation will be necessary, OUCH!!!
