Actually, Rividium could give notice to CLZ that by CLZ's failure to pay the instalments when due or at all, that CLZ has repudiated the contract by their conduct and that Rividium accepts CLZ's repudiation and the contract is terminated.
Then it is a matter for CLZ to commence legal action against Rividium to enforce the contract, which we all know CLZ won't do as that requires spending money, which they don't have.
