Interesting reading the last RevidIUM, RIL notice (see RIL site) of the cessation of the classic agreement & and new agreement to sell the Forestania Leasing rights to Rividian (note the spelling) Who are the directors of RividIAN? Wouldn't it be fascinating if this was a certain CEO? Do the Forestania leases include Kat Gap. Sorry guys it's all got too complicated for me. I note that Classic still holds the gold rights to Kat Gap. That is, RIL re-sold the rights over the two Foresatnia leases. But i think CLZ still holds the agreement to mine the gold at Kat Gap. Did RIL, also sell the rights(other than gold) over Kat Gap ie was their 3 sites involved in the last agreement with RividIAM

I believe this would be grounds for ASX/ ASIC involvement in CLZ, as CLA shareholders are affected by the negation of the agreement with CLZ. CLZ should have also reported this to the market because CLZ is still a registered company & still has obligations to its shareholders. This exposes individual Board of Director members to legal action. That is the BOD's do not own CLZ . . Likely all this is tied up with the issue of the controlling interest in CLZ at the last CLZ AGM. ie the 500 million shares that LDA was supposed to pay $400,000 for.
The most fascinating thing is why Joey & LDA want to be involved with this. There are numerous clauses in the company law that CLZ is not adhering to .
It doesn't look like ASX/C&SC is supervising CLZ 's activity.
Stay on this one because this is the kind of mess, you can get into when a spec goes rogue.
A detailed knowledge of the company law is required here probably at the KC or court level or at least middle management C&SC
I wouldn't want to be a present director of CLZ, while all this is going on . They have already had one legal case over previous activities many years ago.
Probably 100-200 million dollars has been lost on CLZ on and off the market, over the last 11 years.
