Max, if what you say is correct, why didn't they complete the September 2024 Activities & Finance reports- which required them to be suspended from trade? possibly they didn't do them, because it would have proved they were insolvent & that's why the board is less in numbers. Shareholders cannot be blamed for asking questions when the company is not keeping the market informed & carrying out its statutory obligations. Can you imagine how many people must be peeved with what's happened?- even the insiders have kept quiet that is the strangest thing. Historically with another company, I used to be told 3 months in advance when the information was to be announced to the market. We need a report & site visit to Kat Gap by a Mining Engineer.
