I have just spent an hour on the Phone to ASIC about making a complaint, about a listed mining company . It is still listed but in suspension from trade. The body responsible is 'the Commission' and it's all under ASIC. ASIC is the government entity responsible for this company .

Procedure: type into Google and read; ASIC Governance and Accountability : ( Read what they will & won't do)
Type into Google and complete the form: Report of Misconduct.

Fill out this form, if enough people do it, it may have some effect. I intend to contact the Minister for Finance.

I know the public's consensus is that it's all pointless. But I played some role in ASIC dropping Partly-paid shares as a consequence of the Bris- Connections matter. Nobody knows the company better than its shareholders. We all know what's gone on here is abhorrent, if it's not against the law, then the laws need changing.
A full Audit of this company, including an on-site inspection & report by a mining Engineer is what I feel is needed.
