    IMO:

    Consolidation was all about giving favourable conditions to the Conversion Note holder/s as they are DESPERATE for capital.

    Now the CN holder's effectively hold (almost) the entire capital value of CLZ as a liability for the company in the balance sheet.

    CLZ don't give a rat's axx about shareholders!
