Archean Resources were using CLZ gold assets to physically backup the value of the tokenised gold they were selling from their website (now not visible after our discovery).
This was all without any disclosure to CLZ shareholders!
Archean Resources was connected to CLZ by a number of the same management team.
IMO, CLZ are under investigation by the ASX and ASIC as a result.
