@jhurn1 ... i will say, after i posted that i did think, oh wait, maybe he was referring to risk of successful commissioning... that i do grant as a reason you may wish to wait depending on your risk level.... some think it is a done deal though...

having said that, i own a truckload of oppies, so i think i've tipped in some cash... and think i have a right to say i will wait a couple of weeks to tip more in.... i have a fair bit of exposure to the upside in that time... but, each to their own..
