$35m market cap would only cover the existing business.
Just imagine Crowd decides to instead spin off the talking head division and call it Unith and list it as a separate entity. It could attract a valuation of $50m plus
Either way we are well undervalued and directors have a decision to make.
Could make more sense to issues shares in the new entity and that way it would have very little association to the old Crowd Mobile
