Exactly. Thanks for demonstrating the calculation. TBH while reading this forum, I have the impression some people do not understand the significance of the dilution after this CR, and that this obviously affect SP movement, as the SP should come down from current levels eventually. And your calculation does not even include die 500k worth of shares that will be issued in April…
