New total number of shares = Existing shares + New shares issued + Free option shares issued new total number of shares = 743,612,000 + 136,363,363 + 136,363,363 = 1,016,338,726
The average share price after the additional shares and free option shares are issued can be calculated as follows:
Total value of shares = (Existing shares x Existing share price) + (New shares issued x Issue price) Total value of shares = (743,612,000 x 0.038) + (136,363,363 x 0.033) = 28,632,269.32
Average share price = Total value of shares / New total number of shares average share price = 28,632,269.32 / 1,016,338,726 = 0.0282 (rounded to four decimal places)
Therefore, the diluted average share price after the additional shares and free option shares are issued would be approximately 0.0282.
