they are smart RB, they want sellers that are just traders so that they can tighten the register even more so that when we finally get the December quarter results the share price will surge as the stock will be more tightly held.
There is a reason why the rich get richer and the rest try to get through day by day with a few hundred dollars in trading profits each week.
