Definitely not the quarterly I was expecting, and I guess there were mixed emotions about it much like it seems the rest of the market had
There was just so much information to digest from the raise and CEO, then add in the quarterly seeing almost no growth
I reduced my holding immediately after the quarterly but have kept a substantial holding due to everything else they have been working on which has so much value like you’ve stated
With H1 not growing to support H2 & 3 I just wanted to take some risk off the table like most seemed to be doing this week
It was a reaction to how I felt after the 4C and I am just glad I kept the nice size holding I still have because now I realise after extensive thinking of why I invested in the first place and that was to see the Talking Heads come to fruition
The more I think about the company being funded to bring these technologies together and to life ready for commercialisation, the more comfortable I feel holding my stock
$5 cash which at this price now gives an EV of $15m which really is so low when compared to sooo many other stocks out there
Negative news has been released and in ways the market has possibly overreacted as it usually does, but maybe just x amount of investors were doing the same thing and derisking slightly as now it seems like an all in on Talking Heads
But as you’ve pointed out Martin, Talking Heads is where the many multiples of valuation will come from and they do seem to be executing at a rapid rate in that department now which may actually prove to be a great thing if they keep steering the ship with all our partners in the right direction
Positive news now should just follow with their rapid progression and like anything in the markets, once positive news starts flowing again, sentiment changes from down to jubilation and then the price starts rolling forward again
Sentiment is king and CM8 will eventually get the positive sentiment return
Hopefully a positive outlook come Tuesday arvo on where it’s all headed, and a CEO appointment will be a great start in the near term also
