Not many share holders want to off load these shares so the asking price will be 10% or more than the starting price .You go to understand with only about 350 million retail shares out there many would hold these share on the ASX market so that doesn't leave many on offer at Frankfurt exchange so their needs to be a premium paid for all buyers .
